Easy Talks is the FM27 version of Easy Training Talks, the free plugin by marceloouw that praises or criticises the whole squad’s training in one go. So you no longer open a talk for each player. Version 2.2.0 also sends your scouts to the 50 NXGN youngsters in one click.

How Easy Talks works
With your save loaded, go to Squad, Training, Individual Training. Then a pink button shows up with the number of talks that would make sense. Next, you see who gets praise and who gets criticism, and you can leave players out or change the kind of talk. Finally, you confirm and read each player’s reaction in the summary.
- By training rating: by default, it praises from 7.50 and criticises up to 6.50.
- By development: for example, it counts how many attributes rose or fell over the last two months.
- By team: each club team can have its own cutoffs.
- In the inbox: the same button shows up in the training review message.
The 50 NXGN youngsters
On the yearly NXGN news, with the world’s 50 best youngsters, the button sits right after the title. So the five with the highest real potential come ticked, and «Gems» are those in the top ten for potential but outside the list’s first 15. Then you click «Scout» and your scouts go and watch them.
Easy Talks for FM27 download
The version is 2.2.0 and the file is 205 KB. The link comes from the author’s site. You need BepInEx 6 IL2CPP, which is not included. However, if you use the FM Season Hub installer, it takes care of everything.

- First, if you do not have BepInEx 6 yet, download the «BepInEx-Unity.IL2CPP-win-x64» file (build 791 or newer) and extract it into the game folder, next to
fm.exe. Start the game once and wait a few minutes. - Then create the
BepInEx\plugins\EasyTrainingTalksfolder and extract the .zip into it. - Next, open FM27 and load your save.
- Finally, go to individual training and click the Easy Talk button.
Things to watch
This version is for FM27 only. For FM26, see Easy Training Talks. Also, the author tested it on the Xbox / Game Pass version, where the game folder is XboxGames\Football Manager 27\Content. It should work the same on Steam and Epic, but that has not been tested yet. Finally, the same author makes the FM Season Hub app.
