3D Sleeves Megapack FM27 puts competition patches on kit sleeves in 3D matches. So players walk out with the league, cup or European competition patch on their arm, just like on TV. The pack is by wfm18, it has more than 300 patches and it is free.
What 3D Sleeves Megapack FM27 brings
First, the pack improves the quality of the official patches the game already has, such as the Premier League and UEFA competitions. Also, it adds many that were missing:
- International competitions: for example, the UEFA Women’s Champions League, the Copa Libertadores and the 2026 World Cup.
- Europe: Italy’s Serie A and Serie B, LaLiga, LaLiga 2 and the Copa del Rey, the Swiss Super League and the Serbian leagues, among many others.
- South America: the Argentinian and Brazilian leagues are in too.
- More than 40 countries: finally, there are folders for countries such as England, France, Germany, Norway, Turkey and Wales.

The Portuguese competitions
Portugal is well covered. The pack has the patches for the Liga Portugal Betclic, the Liga Portugal 2 Meu Super and Liga 3. It also has the Taça de Portugal, the League Cup (Allianz Cup), the Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira and, in women’s football, the Liga BPI and the women’s Taça de Portugal. Also, the Liga Portugal Betclic has a special version for the champions.

Things to watch
The patches only show in 3D matches, so they change nothing on the game’s screens. Also, if you already have another sleeves pack, the two may clash, so it is best to pick one. To complete the look of your matches, add the FC’12 kits from FM Slovakia or the real kits.
The files are hosted by their original authors. FMPortugal only points to the official download page — all credit goes to their creators.
