Most scouting tools show you potential and hidden attributes. HiddenXI does the opposite. It rates FM26 players on what they did on the pitch this season, compared with others in the same position, and never on ability, potential or reputation. In other words, it is evidence-based scouting, the way it works in real life.
HiddenXI is a web app, created by a Reddit community member, and its interface is available in Portuguese.

How HiddenXI works
Each player gets a 1-99 rating anchored to rarity: 55 is an average pro, 68 is in the top tenth and only one player in two thousand reaches 90. There are 14 qualities measured as percentiles against positional peers, such as creation, carrying, finishing or pressing. A reliability indicator shows how much football sits behind each rating, because few minutes mean more cautious ratings.
What you can do
- Search the whole world by what players do, with filters by position, minutes and any score.
- Find alternatives. From any player, see others with the same style, better or younger.
- Compare up to four players side by side.
- Find your squad’s weak spots and see the market ranked for the biggest gap.
- See fair value for each player against the asking price, with a market verdict.
- Create your own scores, track a shortlist with alerts and build your XI.

How to connect your save
HiddenXI needs an account. The Reader app then reads your running FM26 save and syncs it with your account in one click. Alternatively, you can export the data and drag it into the site’s upload area. Bear in mind that, unlike other tools in this list, your data goes to HiddenXI’s server rather than staying only on your computer.
Open HiddenXI
Everything starts on the official site, where you can explore the sample players before creating an account.
- First, open the site and create an account via «Sign in».
- Under «Open your save», download the Reader app.
- Open FM26, load your career and sync with the Reader.
- Wait for the rating to finish and explore the players.
