Why personality matters in FM27 staff search
Just like older players, staff also shape youngsters’ personalities. For example, on the profile of each youth intake player you can see the member of staff he admires most. So the author sorts every new hire by personality and media handling first. Then he looks at the «golden trio»: determination, discipline and motivating. Only at the end does he look at the attributes for each job.

The 11 views in the pack
- Coaches: technical and tactical for defence, attack and positions, which makes six views.
- Specialists: set pieces, goalkeeping and fitness.
- Other departments: recruitment, with scouts and analysts, and the medical department.
The author has since fixed the tactical views. A game bug made the technical column appear twice when he tried to swap it for the tactical one.

- First, extract the 11 .fmf files from the .zip.
- Then copy them to
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 27\views. If the folder does not exist, create it. - Next, in the game, open staff search and choose «Import view» from the views menu.
- Finally, pick the view you want for each kind of hire.
Things to watch
The views were made on the FM27 Launch Preview. So if a column looks wrong, you can adjust it by hand in the game. A view also only changes the columns you see, not the staff’s attributes. Finally, if you like ready-made lists, see the FM27 wonderkid shortlist too.
