FM Scout Editor 2019 (FMSE19) is a real time editing tool that also works as a "Scout", in the full editions of FM19 and FM Touch 19.
It works on Windows 7+ and the latest editions. Compatible with the latest patch 19.3.6.

FMSE features

The focus is on data editing. The scouting features are limited.

Edit club finances:
You can edit every area of club finances, from budgets, ticket prices and sponsorship to having billionaire owners, removing bank loans and much more.
Club editing:
From the founding year, average attendances and recruitment level to facilities, etc.
Edit players:
A huge number of possible edits, from attributes, ability and potential, favourite moves, positions and loans to removing suspensions and injuries, or even physically destroying our opponents.

We can stop our players' development (or decline) and keep a fixed value, regardless of age and training.
Edit Competitions:
We can edit every aspect of the competitions.

Search for the best coaches to hire for our teams and edit their attributes.

How to use:
The current version 2.1.23.0 is compatible with Steam and Xbox Game Pass on 64-bit editions of Windows.
- Extract and install using the .exe file.
- Open FM19 and load your save
- Open FMSE19.
- Click load icon (small folder, top left)
- Search for whatever you want (awards, players, clubs, etc.)
- Double click an item in the results
- A new window will open and you can edit from there
- When you finish editing, click the save icon (small disk, top left) for the changes to be applied
