You no longer risk needing work permits for every player who isn't from the UK.
How to install in FM20
1) Place the .fmf file in your editor data folder (create the folder if it doesn't exist):
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\editor data
For Mac /Username/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2020/editor data
3) Start a new career (doesn't work with FMT/FMC) and enable the No Brexit 20 file in the database (it is compatible with other databases).
