Looking for an editor that changes the game while you play? FM Studio 27 is a real-time editor for Football Manager 27, made by Fedalo Aljandro. Besides editing players and staff, it adds a tactical advisor, 3D stadiums and full control of your club’s finances. It is free, but you need to activate it by 10 November to keep it free forever.

What you can edit in FM Studio 27
- Players and staff: every attribute, including hidden ones such as consistency and injury proneness. You can also change current and potential ability, morale, match fitness and contracts.
- 3D stadiums: the stadium appears as a model that scales with capacity, so you can edit each stand, the roof, the pitch and the expansion capacity.
- Finances and sanctions: income, costs and loans, and you can lift transfer embargoes or points deductions with one click.
- Transfers: move players between clubs instantly, swap them directly or set up deals for the future.
- Nations, cities and referees: for example, national reputation, city weather or how strict each referee is.

Tactical advisor and board
The tactical advisor sets In Possession and Out of Possession roles for every position and works out how well each player fits them. Then it compares plans A, B and C and sends the tactic straight into the game. There are also board options, such as immunity from the sack or automatic approval of your requests.

FM Studio 27 download
FM Studio 27 is portable, so there is nothing to install. It runs on Windows.
Download – FM Studio 27 v1.0.0
- First, extract the .zip to a folder of your choice.
- Then open FM27 and load your save.
- Next, right-click
FM27Studio.exeand choose «Run as administrator». - Finally, search for a player, club or stadium and make your changes.
Things to watch
First, always back up your save before editing. The editor needs administrator rights because it changes the game’s memory while it runs. However, the author says it does not connect to anything outside your computer. Also, the free-forever offer only applies if you activate it by 10 November.
