Read everything we describe below carefully. Simple, quick and intuitive!
2 - Usa WinRar or 7Zip to extract the file you downloaded: after extracting, you will see a file called CM0102.iso. Install Daemon Tools, click the software icon next to the clock, select "Virtual Devices", then the option "[DT - 0]: [Your drive letter] No media", click "Mount Image" and in the new window that opens select the file CM0102.iso and click "Open"! That's it, the file will be emulated automatically.
3: Go to 'Computer', open the drive where CM 01/02 is emulated, run setup.exe and click on ‘Sim -> Seguinte -> Seguinte -> Seguinte' and let the installation finish.
4: Now let's install the Patch! Run the file cm0102_3968.exe and follow the same steps as at the start of the setup in step 3.
Feito! From now on you can play CM again!
NOTE: Whenever you want to play, you need to have the image mounted as we explained in step 2.
