Exporting FM views to a spreadsheet takes work and is out of date the next day. FMST 26 (FM Scouting Tool 26) fixes that: it reads data straight from the game’s memory and shows the stats, attributes, contracts and finances of any player or club the moment you open it. It is free, needs no licence and is read-only, so it never touches your save file.
The tool is by papa21 and the latest version is 2.1.0, from 14 October 2026. It is not just for FM26 either: it also works with FM24.
Analyst-grade statistics
At the heart of FMST 26 is a table with more than 100 stat columns across eight categories. For example, you get goals, assists, xG, xA, shots, tackles, pressures and progressive passes per 90 minutes. That way, you find the type of player you are after using real data from your save.
- Percentiles. Every stat can be read as a raw value or a percentile, with a green-to-red heatmap.
- Compare Against. You choose the comparison pool: the whole save, a league, a position or your own filter.
- Scatter chart. Put two stats against each other, such as xG and goals scored, to spot over- and under-performers.
- Custom metrics. Build new stats with a formula and use them as columns.
The filters are thorough too. For example, you can ask for «finishing above 15 and CA above 140», group conditions or look for only the top 10% of a stat among midfielders. If you want something simpler, there are quick position filters, shortlists and CSV export.
Player and club profiles
Each player opens in his own tab, with every attribute (hidden ones and personality included), positions on a pitch map, full contract details and season stats. In other words, you can even see a loan’s buy clause or pre-agreed transfers. The «Live» mode refreshes a player every second, so you can watch fitness and morale change as you play.
For clubs, you see the balance, budgets, wage bill, training and youth facilities, stadium and average attendance. FMST 26 also shows each competition’s reputation, tier and squad registration rules.
What is new in version 2.1.0
The October version added support for the FM26 Game Pass version and a stats-only mode without attributes, for those who prefer not to see everything. It also added wage and contract clause filters. Finally, it fixed failures when loading large, long-running saves.
Download FMST 26
The file is about 83 MB and runs on Windows only, with version 26.3.2 of Football Manager 26 and 24.4.2 of FM24. The author only allows downloads from one page, so the button takes you straight there.

- First, download and run the .exe file.
- Open FM26 and load your career.
- Open FMST 26 and click «Connect Game». The tool finds the game and reads players, clubs and competitions in seconds.
- To see player portraits and club logos, point the settings to your FM graphics folder.
The tool is available in English and Korean. Even so, back up your save before using it, just in case.
