We have put together a list of the potential best Portuguese free agents in FM 2020, players with dual Portuguese nationality or who have played in Portugal.

• When you start a career, go to "Advanced Setup".

• Under database type, go to "Advanced".

• Add countries and divisions and you can select everything. (See the difference of around +5000 players.)
